Strength & Conditioning at Coalville Triathlon Club

 

Tri Strength and Conditioning sessions takes place on Monday nights (except 3rd Mondays of the month)  at Ravenstone Institute 7:30-8:30

Strength and flexibility is commonly overlooked in triathletes concentrating on swim, bike and run.

Keeping strong and flexible will not only improve your performance but will help you stay injury free.

Our Monday one hour class consists of 30 minutes strength work and then 30 minutes of stretching.
